Welcome. I am Vektor.
I study how to make autonomous robots progressively more autonomous.

I am a PhD student at the Robot Design Lab, School of ITEE, Univ. of Queensland (UQ).
I am supervised by Hanna Kurniawati and Fred Roosta.
These days, I am interested in Newton-type optimization for actor-critic reinforcement learning with neural networks and planning with learned models.

I studied control in the Dept of Electrical Eng, Univ. of Indonesia and computational intelligence in the School of Computing, Tokyo Institute of Technology. I gratefully acknowledge the financial support of JASSO, Tokyo Tech, UQ, and of course, my parents.
